Laura, the letting manager of the Frost branch in Staines is the kind of person one would like to work with. As a landlord, I have a portfolio of properties I hand over for her to find suitable tenants and manage the whole Lettings contract process. She is professional, pro active and find solutions to the unique challenges we face for each tenant. Highly responsive, Laura takes her role the extra mile ensuring we have a great partnership. The team at Frosts Staines were fantastic in supporting me sell my house. We faced a few unusual and time precious challenges but they actively found ways to overcome them. I had 20 viewings and an accepted offer within the first week of them listing my property and their communication with me was excellent. I have a mental health condition and the treated me brilliantly throughout the whole process to accommodate my additional needs. Can't recommend them highly enough
