We used the The Frost Partnership in Staines to sell our flat. During the whole process they acted in a professional manner. For reasons beyond their control the whole process took an unusually long time and Andy Thomson was particularly helpful and proactive in progressing the legal aspects of the transaction.

Andy Thomson provided best possible help for buying property. He always kept me informed about progress and provided helping hand whenever I required. He also helped even though it was out of his job specs. It was impressive start when he offered to pick me up from another location and also dropped to station where I can get easy public transport as I was not having my own vehicle. This helping hand continued until buying process was complete. I would like to really thank Andy for his help.

As a buyer, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Frost Partnership in Staines. I was in communication with Jamie, Andy and the team during the house buying process, which was not the most straight forward - lasting nearly a year and encompassing offers on two properties! There were many complexities including a breakdown in the chain but these were handled very well by Frost. I was kept up to date with developments over phone, email and text. Frost were professional at all times and did a good job managing all the moving parts of the purchase. There are an increasing number of online estate agencies but having an ongoing point of contact you can meet and build trust with made such a big difference. I found the whole team of Frost - Staines who looked after the sale of our house very helpful and dedicated to understanding our needs, scheduling viewings and tuning their sales pitch accordingly. They were very helpful in presenting to us the market conditions and discussing our options in general as well as with respect to particular prospective buyers. These are challenging times in the housing market (at least for sellers in the South-East) and the process of buying and selling is complicated enough for problems to arise in the smoothest of transactions. The Frost team did a marvelous job at helping us navigate through these and we found them more in tune with our concerns and particular circumstances compared to other estate agents that we dealt with.

Very professional and friendly people to deal with.

My wife and I have been letting property since 2013 and have always used The Frost Partnership. We have tried other agents but have not been impressed. Some are unprofessional and overbearing but Frost have always come up with the goods. We have just re-let our property through them and once again and have been pleased with their service. I would particularly like to compliment their letting negotiator Amy Meades on her excellent work in getting the property let so quickly in a difficult market and for her friendly, helpful attitude. We wanted to move into the property at the earliest and Pooja Shah (at the Frost office on Slough High Street) helped us through the process professionally with a speedy turnaround. Alex, Jamie and Jeremy at the Frost Partnership Ashford were amazing throughout the whole process of selling my fathers house, which took many more months than expected. The initial valuation was carried out by Alex, who has an excellent knowledge of the area, and the subsequent marketing material was of a high standard. After securing a buyer the next few months were fraught with problems which Jamie, Jeremy and the team made far more bearable by keeping me up to date without me having to chase them. The final month of trying to complete the sale was extremely stressful but I felt at all times that the team were trying their absolute best to get me to completion. Great Branch and Amazing Team

Having recently moved into our new house, I can’t help but be thankful for all the work the team and Frost Staines have done in both selling our Flat but also in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
