We had recently moved to London and identifying a property that fits our needs wasn't easy until we met Doreen from Martin & Co. Honestly, we had just had a terrible experience with one other agency (do not want to name any), and were really very scared. Doreen showed us Hooper Court and we immediately liked it. We requested Doreen to block it for us; which she did. We arranged the payments over the next couple of days. The following Sunday, Martin & Co arranged a meeting with the landlord... and it was DONE. Everything was so smooth and Doreen went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She's been prompt with answering emails/phone calls and generally getting us settled so far. Along with Doreen, I fully recommend the staff at Martin & Co, Staines when renting a property. They are thorough professionals who know their jobs very well and have been fantastic throughout. It was the first time we had rented in the UK and there is a reputation that estate agents usually have but we have to say that everyone at this office of Martin & Co is very helpful. Finally, we are going to move into our new flat in Staines very soon and are really excited about it.
