Terrible liers, please

My advise is not to use this agency as they are professional liers. Once you agree a price they will ask your details including income job etc. I provided those and asked her to confirm the agency fee we had agreed while viewing the property. Then she didn't reply for that until I write a second mail asking the fee info once again. This time she simply said the rent has gone up by £45. I was really shocked to hear that because I came all the way from London to view properties and because of her I cancelled my other viewings. When I tried to call her she was pretending like it is the landlord who increased it. Please be careful when you go with them and provide your details especially if you are non British.

Not great. Extortionate fees,

Not great. Extortionate fees, poor customer service and very disorganised. Very poor communication and to get a response I have to go into the Ridiculous fees.

Coming from Australia and having many experiences with real estates this one has been the most upsetting for me and my family as I had reported several issues from a shower not working to a window not closing and it took months and months for them to sort it and after I had constantly chased them up for updates for this I guess the relationship between us became sour and so when they found out I had a family friend staying over for Christmas they served me with a notice of eviction with out asking me for my side of the story I sent them an email explaining it was just a friend that was staying with me temporary but they still alleged that I was subletting which is crazy considering he didn't even live in the country and was leaving on the 14th of January still they said the landlord wanting me out after what i would suggest a different version had been told to them plus I was interested in buying the property so it would of been in the best interests for the owner to have had me living there incase they wanted to sell but yet they still evicted me instead so for anyone who is thinking of renting or having any dealings with this real estate I would strongly recommend going else where and if anyone wants to see the emails that I sent them from chasing them up for updates for jobs to pleading with them regarding my friend staying please inbox me

My experience has completely put me off being a landlord. Martin & Co failed on so many aspects of my management agreement that I have had no option but take the matter up with the Property Ombudsman.

what a shambles they failed to collect rent. u fill a form in to say no pets or smokers an what do u find cat hairs everywhere fag burns all over carpets. the tenant cut kitchen cuboards in half decorated the house as they pleased.not in a good way maybe they weredrunk when they did it. I would never use a letting agent again. if someone can tell why we pay them cos I have not got a clue
