Very helpful staff, very professional. Close to town so for anyone who doesnt drive its close to the town and bus stops for easy transport links. I was a tennant with them for four years and have no complaits

Shocking service I rent a house with my wife have heating and hot water problems ....i.e. non for 8days ....rang numerous times for it to be sorted ....no action taken very disappointed and angry .....

They said I damaged the toilet lid and I had to pay for it. I asked a lawyer about it and he said it was simply wear and tear so I didn't have to pay for it. And they did not give me pictures of how the lid looked like when I moved in. Because I have a highly demanding job I had no time to dispute. I decided to get it over with and just pay them but I was not happy at all. To make things worse after 2 days of the move out inventory they lied to me that I damaged the bathroom sink. The picture showed a crack in the sink like something heavy had dropped in it. It was a very noticeable crack that they couldn't have missed when they did their inventory. Instead they noticed a "damaged toilet lid". It is quiet obvious that some essential components like the toilet lid, seat, tank and bolt may need routine maintenance, repair and replacement due to wear and tear. Too many discrepancies for a "well known reputable company..."

Was told no viewings are available as tenants are still there and will get a call once viewings start. A day later I get e-mailed saying the property has been taken. Would not recommend.

Waited over two months to return a holding deposit and had to escalate through bank and other organisations. Avoid.
