We recently sold with Thomas Morris, a 10 month process due to the pandemic. We were initially impressed with their Covid safety and friendliness. After a slow start, we updated the listing and things got going immediately (people loved the virtual tours, and I liked the drone shots). Viewings were all handled professionally by the agent. Our main contact throughout was Sophie, who was very professional and communicative throughout what must have been a frustratingly slow process. It was great to have a (mostly) single point of contact who knew the house, the area, and the sales process. Once we had a buyer, she kept them and us up-to-date whilst we looked for a property. She didn't push us out, listened and understood the lack of supply. We did find somewhere perfect, jumped on it, and Sophie continuously chased the process to keep it moving. She really went above and beyond, and we got more insight into what was going on in the chain than we would have without her help.
