Having used Thomas Morris Sales and Lettings to buy the house in Luke Street, I was relaxed and confident that they would do a great job. The manager of the St Neots branch (Andrea Delaney) took charge of the process from day one and very quickly we had met in the house, completed the detailed information forms and understood the fixed price for the service. Within a couple of days the house had a web presence, excellent photos and an outstanding virtual tour of the property (early December 2022). There were five or six viewings arranged within four days and from there we agreed a sale. However, due to circumstances beyond the control of the buyer, she had to pull out of the sale in late January 2023. So the status was changed back to 'for sale' and within three days we had five viewings and three offers over the guide price. At this stage the rest of the Thomas Morris team provided regular clear communication to keep the sales process ticking along and within record time we had a completion date agreed by the chain (24 March 2023). The sale was concluded on this day and I can't thank the Thomas Morris team enough for the excellent service they provided at each stage of the process.

We are currently going through the buying process with TM and our fantastic sales agent, Sarah H, has made the process super easy for me and my partner! She has kept us well updated and the has put everything very plainly with us. We have felt extremely supported and informed throughout. I look forward to continuing the process with her help!

Until we found a property to buy, for whom Thomas Morris were acting as agents, I had never heard of this agency. I can honestly say they've all been a pleasure to deal with throughout our purchase. If I ever do go to market in the future I will certainly seek out their services. ..though it wont be for some time yet...roll on completion day! 🙂
