We’ve been living in the property managed by Arden for almost 7 years and only had positive interactions with the agency! Whenever we’ve had (the occasional) issues, they did their very best to remedy it in a timely manner. It is clear that they have their clients’ best interest and always look to keep their tenants happy. Used Arden for well over a decade: can honsestly say they have been very fair and efficient with me. Always giving me at lease 3 options/quotes if works need to be repaired. And of course , some lovely tenants, who have always looked after the properties. My point of contact throughout has been Malcolm and he is the main reason, I still rent out my properties. Makes my life very easy , as I am not always in the UK.
