Going through the buying process for the first time I felt a bit anxious at the beginning. However Becky and Jemma from Thomas Morris have been very helpful answering any questions that I had or intermediating between me/my solicitor and the seller when the sale seemed to have reached a stagnant point.They were replying promptly to my emails and they were always very patient and ready to try to solve any problems I had regarding the sale. I purchased a house sold through Thomas Morris so cannot comment on the sale from a seller perspective. I can say that Jemma Woodroff was so communicative and supportive. She responded to queries in such a timely fashion and went out of her way to chivvy on the purchase. I was really impressed with her dedication and her willingness to keep us as buyers in the loop as some estate agents just focus on the sale from the sellers perspective.

Anytime i requested a viewing they could call promptly, make arrangements and kept in regular contact with updates. Sales side - anytime i phoned the first person who picked up was always able to answer all of my questions and any time they said they would phone back they did on the same day. The sales stuff were eager to get properties sold but never pushy with it! Myself and my partner had the longest, hardest house sale down to the seller but Jemma at Thomas Morris did an amazing job tying her hardest to get things moving for us. She constantly chased the seller and went above and beyond. She responded to every email I sent and constantly kept me in the loop with everything.
