She explained that whilst Thomas Morris do not have a local office near to our property, she could refer us over to a recommended agent through the Relocation Agent Network. She organised for Andrew from Lednor Estate Agents came to value for us and whilst we have decided that now is not quite the right time for us to move house... I would highly recommend Thomas Morris, we had particularly complex circumstances at the time of our sale and with the added complications of COVID restrictions there were times when we thought we might not be able to achieve our move. The sales team are very responsive to my enquiries about a home for sale on their website.They were quick to organise a viewing & the agent who showed us around the home had knowledge of the house & surrounding area. The office staff were helpful & polite nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Very pleased to recommend the St. Ives Thomas Morris team and Becky in particular.. Estate agents work for the vendors so as a buyer, I didn't have high hopes when I approached a number of estate agents in St. Ives for help with finding us the right property. Becky always responded to my emails very quickly and we also had a chat over the phone where she asked me exactly what we were looking for.. She was kind enough to send us details of properties coming to the market before they were live. All of these were properties that she thought would be good for us based on the information I had given her.. After a bad experience with another Agent I moved to Thomas Morris. What a difference! I cannot fault them. I think what stood out was their communication - they kept me informed every step of the way with constant updates. Also, with the added stress of selling during a pandemic, I was always able to reach them by telephone whenever I called - this was something I never received with the previous Agent.
