I appointed the services of Thomas Morris to look after the tenancy of my rental property after severe and consistent failings of another estate agency firm and what a relief I did! After several years of unprofessional management from the predecessors it was a huge breath of fresh air to deal with a competent firm who actually cared and orchestrated everything to a very high level. Upon recently deciding to sell the property TM were very quick and responsive in getting it to market and communicated perfectly throughout. I also chose to use the services of TM conveyancing to keep it all in house who were also faultless and very competitively priced (cheaper than anyone else). Upon receiving an offer from a buyer that was accepted I was quite keen to keep the momentum going and have it wrapped up as soon as possible. I would particularly like to thank sales progressor Jemma Woodroff at this stage. Jemma was the icing on the cake and really went the extra mile to make sure that everything was going to plan with great precision. Jemma was updating me with emails every Monday and in between when required. All in all the whole experience was faultless and I applaud all those who contributed to make this so. We recently purchased a house that was marketed by Thomas Morris, which was under the responsibility of Katy. It was an interesting experience with best & final offers, the need for a quick exchange and some frustrations with third parties in getting our existing house to exchange. From the outset it was suggested that we used Thomas Morris Conveyancing as this would help Katy to manage the process as other parties within the chain were also using them. True to her word Katy managed the whole process brilliant and she was always available to move things on if they stalled. Additionally she was fully up to speed with where all parties were within the chain so was able to fully answer questions when they were posed to her. Overall I'd have no issues with using Thomas Morris St Ives again or recommending them.
