We recently purchased a house that was marketed by Thomas Morris, which was under the responsibility of Katy. It was an interesting experience with best & final offers, the need for a quick exchange and some frustrations with third parties in getting our existing house to exchange. From the outset it was suggested that we used Thomas Morris Conveyancing as this would help Katy to manage the process as other parties within the chain were also using them. True to her word Katy managed the whole process brilliant and she was always available to move things on if they stalled. Additionally she was fully up to speed with where all parties were within the chain so was able to fully answer questions when they were posed to her.
