Absolutely cannot recommend Jonathan and Gemma enough. They have been so professional, kept us calm throughout the process of buying our first house and kept us updated as best as they could. They went out of their way to ensure we felt at ease and accommodated us will all our requests. We initially viewed the house with Jonathan. Jonathan showed us around and was very honest from the start of the process. We put our offer in straight away and was immediately added to a group chat on WhatsApp with himself and Gemma, after our offer was accepted. Since that point, they have allowed us to view as many times as we desired and kept us updated with where the process was up to. They let our family view the property with us also. I was very anxious about buying our first home but each time, I was having a panic, both Jonathan and Gemma reassured us that everything that was happening was normal and made me more relaxed with the process. I can't speak highly enough of these estate agents, they have gone above and beyond for us and would highly recommend using them again if we ever wish to. Thanks so much for everything! I can't fault Jonathan one bit. He is a fantastic estate agent he knows exactly what he is doing and makes the whole process so easy . Jonathan is a really nice guy puts you at ease and go's through the whole process. He will set up a WhatsApp group with everyone involved in the steps of the sale so everyone knows where they are and up to. We can't thank him enough for everything he has done. I tried to sell my home with 3 other agents over a 12 month period, but none of them were as passionate about selling my home than Jon was. Worked with Jon on the sale of a rental property, in a tough climate Jon was there for advice on “next moves” , prices, the market etc. He helped find the right buyer and then took over proceedings to clinch the deal.
