We were initially with a different agent whose fees were cheaper but they didn't get us one viewing. As soon as we switched to JB & B Leach the viewings were constant, the communication regarding feedback was excellent and the staff a pleasure to speak to. Once the property sold Kath couldn't have been more helpful and was very patient of our many questions. All in all we couldn't have had a better service.

Excellent from start to finish! From my initial phone call for a consultation with Danielle, right through to completion. We couldnt have asked for better service. Photos were excellent, communication was great and we managed to sell our property at the price we initially wanted. Emails and queries were answered quickly and efficiently, and nothing seemed too much trouble. we were kept updated at every stage of the process and the team, particularly Kath, were extremely supportive when we needed them :-) We would 100% recommend JB&B Leach to anyone looking to buy or sell. They were a little more expensive than others, but you certainly get what you pay for and i would pay it again for the peace of mind they were able to give us.

Having being let down with previous letting agents in the past we moved to Belvoir. We have delt with Vivienne and the team from Belvoir lettings St Helens for a number of years and found them very professional and efficient. If there are any problems they are delt with quickly.
