I was a little apprehensive of letting my property ,as like any other new adventure,you hear a lot of nightmare stories and things that can go very wrong but Nicola soon made me feel at ease,explaing how the vetting of would be tenants was carried out and her own personal experience of being able too (suss),people out during an interview.It is very early days yet , in my experience of being a landlady,but getting there was stress free because of the experienced staff of jb&b leach,and if I could afford another house I would do it again tomorrow x
