Kath was our point of contact during the sale of our Dad's house, we found the whole process slow and very frustrating at times, however we feel this was mainly due to all Solicitors involved, and when we put any queries to Kath she was very helpful and tried to keep all parties involved informed and updated of the situation.

Team were very good with us - always available to update us despite a very awkward seller and solicitor. Experience of the agent was good - was the vendors side that weren???t so. Agent always as helpful as was possible
