Heather, has been an absolute peach. She has always been on time and very friendly every time I have requested and she has given me access, to show my family members the new-house-to-be.

Our journey with Belvoir and JB &B leech has not reached its conclusion yet, however I would like the management to know that Heather Roberts has been particularly kind and professional when showing us around the property we hope to buy and during the viewings of our own home for sale. . She showed great empathy and support at at time that was quite emotional for us. We have lived in the property for over fifty years. This new experience could have been very stressful for us but Heathers good humour and patience made it all So easy. We will both miss her cheery visits. She is a great asset to your company.
