I had a horrible service with my previous letting agents so I looked up Belvoir and noticed they had decent reviews. They were a little more expensive but it really is true when you here "you get what you pay for". Belvoir (in particular Vivienne) have a fantasic service. They are very customer focused and detailed and always keep me updated of events; this is really important to somone like me being an expat. I NEVER have to chase them for issues and they are very prompt to act on my instructions. Overall a great service

I have recently decided to sell my house with Belvoir / JB & Leach and I am at the point where I have just approved the brochure and the property is ready to go live.
