I have used Belvoir as my letting agent for the past 5 years. Their communication is excellent and nothing is ever to much trouble.

The sale of my property was dealt with efficiently, speedily and professionally. All of the people were very friendly but always remained professional. Danielle, Emma, Katherine, Heather and Lisa were all involved to see the sale progress but Danielle deserves special mention for going the extra mile getting it over the final hurdle. The whole process with Leach was seamless and I would highly recommend their services. Our property was advertised professionally with great quality pictures of the house. We had a quick sale. Katherine was great through the whole process. The move had several challenges that caused delays but Katherine kept us in the loop and pro actively chased and co ordinated between solicitors. This took some of the stress away from ourselves!

From beginning to end, our purchase and sale were taken care of and seen to brilliantly. The agents were chasing up on tasks and keeping us in the loop. My partner and I were always informed of progress as we were CC'd in emails sent to various parties. Thank you so much to Kath too for the constant updates.
