I cannot recommend Clare Lewis highly enough dealing with the potential pitfalls of property maintenance. I generally always go to her in sorting things out. Today I received an awkward request from a very fussy neighbour to my property in St Albans and by lunchtime, a fulsome ' thank you' WhatsApp message for the completed work had landed on my phone. Brilliant response, as ever!
