I've known Northwoods both for their lettings and sales teams. I've not got much to comment on the lettings side, it's just fine. Callum from the sales team however has been great to work with - he's very responsive and quick to act, which is so important in a challenge such as buying a first home. When I made my offer for the flat, he handled this so quickly that my offer was accepted on the same day and the process kickstarted from there. He's a great case manager and point of contact between the seller and me. He was also very efficient in arranging for the removal of items I did not want to keep in the flat. In a tedious and relatively stressful process, Callum was always someone I could count on for quick response or action. Great job!

We had great experience with Northwood St. Albans. The renting experience through Northwood has been amazing so far. They fully manage the property, every email is always responded the next day, every issue is sorted out very quickly. It is a really great experience provided by everyone working there and I would certainly choose them again in the future! Edit: Sharing the experience almost 1 year from the initial review. The renting experience has still been going on great. In particular I want to call out how well Clare has handled my maintenance issues and other queries with quick responses, regular updates via email and always resolving everything.

Northwood Estates and Chanel, Clare and Essy in particular have been enormously heloful managing our property. Whenever things need doing they are organised quickly and efficiently and economically. We would highly recommend them.
