Comically incompetent. We had experience as renters and our landlord was selling the house so we saw their selling methods too. There's so much to say that I'm going to make a timeline. 1. Property was advertised as furnished or unfurnished. We said we wouldn't want the majority of the furniture so they said it would be gone. When we moved in it was still there. When questioned they said we should just get rid of the stuff. (Two years later as we were moving out they again described it as furnished despite us getting rid of at least 50% of the items.) 2. The window in our flat broke within the first two weeks of tenancy. We reported it and two years later our property manager admitted they probably deleted the request. 3. The property was put up for sale. They lost the key to the flat! So we had to attend every viewing to let everyone in. The estate agents were consistently 15 minutes late which always lead to awkward exchanges with potential buyers. Agents had done no research on the property and regularly deferred to me to provide information. The landlord took the property off of the market! 4. When we handed in our notice, they "lost" the email and asked us to re send it to them. In summary: couldn't organise a fire in a match factory!

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Literally the worst at communicating with other estate agents in relation to house move. We have been held up in a chain for several months and trying to get updates from CJ Hole in relation to progress is like getting blood out of a stone. Causing unnecessary stress in an already stressful situation! Would appear this is not the first time they have held up a chain.

No correspondence with our estate, no discussions with our buyers buyer, no response to us. CJ Hole holding up pur entire chain and don't show any signs of caring about completing a sale.

Hi I have used Chris hole for there property management services and I am very very disappointed I had to do the majority of the work myself when I needed there services issues with the property etc very hard to get hold of as it seems they take a lot of lunch breaks overall very unprofessional.

We did not have a good experience selling my deceased parents home, the would be buyer was obtaining funds via two different means the sales team did not have a good understanding of this, or the process. Communication was non existent when asking what the delay was, only once another agent was engaged did they respond, and their responses were aggressive. Best find a knowledgeable independent, from my experiences.

Our experience with C.J Hole as tenants in a property for sale has been terrible. The team is extremely disorganised and have on multiple occasions not notificatified or confirmed viewings with us as tenants and appeared unannounced. They have also not arrived for a viewing leaving us to show prospective buyers around the property after they waited outside for 20 minutes with no information from CJ Hole. We also received a letter from a perspective buyer asking for us to pass on his number to CJ Hole as they never responded to his phone calls to view the property. They seem to be extremely inadequate at their jobs and customer service.

Go on the land registry, download the ownership details of the property you are interested in, deal with the owner directly. Bypass this lazy, greedy useless agency.

Impossible to get a hold of. I've called them frequently over the past three days trying to get in contact with the lettings team but every time I get a voicemail. I've left 3 messages and still no one has got back to me.

As useful as a sieve to empty the water from a sinking ship. Never answer the phone, don't know how to sell a property or deal with a buyer. If you are selling with this mob then good luck... you'll need it.
