Northwood have been amazing for us. As a care provider, over the last three and a half years, when we have contacted Sam with any issues, she has ensure our needs have been met in a timely manner when we have needed repairs completed for some of our vulnerable adults who have tenancies with Northwood.

Have had a very positive engagement with Northwood from the moment Gary & Todor came to view my apartment to the situation just a couple of months on whereby my apartment is successfully rented out for 3 years under the excellent guarenteed rent scheme. Thanks to Rebecca for helping to refurbish the property to a really good standard at a good price and ready to rent out. Now earning a good income with hands free operation!
