Martyn Gerrard

Short Notice

I had to find a new apartment in a matter of 2 weeks ! Orlando truly helped us find my new home and was very accommodating in helping me along the long process. He also was able to find exactly what I was looking for and I am truly happy with the service I have received

Excellent Customer Service

Orlando has been working as my Agent to find my new rental property in Southgate. I am relocating from Yorkshire which is extremely stressful but Orlando has made this process stress free and has kept in touch with me through every step of the process and is always on the end of a phone when needed. I can't thank him enough for all his hard work to date.

I found the perfect property to rent with my partner and the assistance, of course from Orlando who made the whole process speedy and straightforward. Every question we had he was able to provide us with all the answers we wanted and any special requests he has been helpful in arranging them. Overall, we have been very happy with Orlando and are looking forward in future ventures with Martyn Gerrard.

Great, professional agent !

I was looking for a property in the southgate and oakwood area and couldn't have been more pleased with the support and friendly service i received from Orlando Livio. he was reassuring and professional always keeping me updated with current properties available and matching them to my requirements. He really gives Martyn Gerrard Southgate a great reputation for service !!

Very professional

It was very nice dealing with Joe Green of Martyn Gerrard. His efforts from the first viewing to completion are commendable. The team ensured that we were carried along and updated during the whole process. They went out of their way to provide assistance to accommodate our requests.

Orlando was very friendly, helpful and efficient in securing the property, a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful agency to deal with!!!

I bought my first house with Martyn Gerrard Southgate branch. I was dealing with Lukas who was very helpful with all the process. Lukas keep you updated the all time. I would recommend 100% this agency. All the staffs are so friendly.

Great help from start to end

Lukas and the branch manager Ross kept me fully informed from the day I instructed them to the successful sale of our property. Always polite, always returning my calls and happy to assist with any queries.

Joe Green

Joe was a great agent who helped us find our perfect home. He actually proactively sought us out when he saw we were selling and alerted us to a house we didn't think we'd be able to buy. Along the way, Joe helped us promptly with all our enquiries and even went round the house with a tape measure measuring up cupboard spaces. All in all, Joe made the purchase a very smooth experience and we loved working with him.

stress free great service

We have been renting the last few years in London and this was by far the best customer service. With a local knowledge of the area we wanted Orlando was able to show us a few properties and once we knew which one everything was quick and smooth process. No hassle and everything clearly explained. Would highly recommend using this estate agent again
