Booked an appointment online for a valuation, heard nothing. Very unprofessional.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
Booked a property viewing, nobody showed up! We called the office, and were told they had no record of us! We were very interested in the property, so gave all our details again, and were told someone would meet us in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later no sign of anyone still, and all this was 5 minutes round the corner from their Southampton office! We called and let them know we couldn't hang on to meet them anymore today, which was more than they did for us. Very disappointing.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
I am not sure why, but all of the negative reviews for this estate agents are no longer here. Please, do not be fooled. King's Estates are a joke. Rude, unprofessional, and have attempted to lie and decieve to make more money off of customers. BUYER BEWARE
More thanothan thanathan 1 year ago we booked an appointment to see an house, we traveled from another country and we we got there the guy we arranged the appointment was not even there. they told us the house was gone and already let. We tried to not lose our patience and we agreed to see another property that was absolutely not what we where looking for. So we travelled 7 hours to see an house that was already gone. You are a ridiculous agency. DO NOT TRUST THEM.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
From the start, the first time we walked into our new house there was a lot of dirt everywhere. It was like animals lived there. There were leaves and mud on the hallway, big and disgusting stains on one of the mattresses, grind in the kitchen and cupboards and dust everywhere. When we complained about that and the fact that they promised a professional clean would be done before we moved in they said that there was nothing they could do because the previous tenants moved out the day before. They said a cleaning team would be sent that afternoon. They never showed up. The next evening we had to leave for a month and when we came back the house was almost the same. Only the bathrooms and the kitchen had been superficially cleaned. We had a RAT in our house for OVER TWO MONTHS and they did nothing about it despite our constant reminders and complaints. They were initially very surprised to hear that, but when a contractor finally came to patch the hole the rat made in the living room floor he told us that he came two years ago to patch it as well. Also, our fridge got broken and they only replaced it a month and a half later. Before replacing it, they came two times to see what the problem was. Each time they said that the fridge is not broken and that we forgot to plug it in. Because keeping a broken fridge (that turns on but does not cool at all) plugged the whole time makes a lot of sense. Why not let it consume electricity for nothing? It's not like we're paying bills or anything... For all of these issues, we've never gotten any compensation, not even a 'sorry' or the tiniest bit of compassion.
