This supermarket uses outside people to police their parking. If you’re disabled and go over the 2 hours for being slow, you get charged £85. I would avoid this inferior shop and use another shop.

Won't be shopping here again. Went just a little over on the parking doing the xmas shop and got a PCN. I'll be taking my custom and money to somewhere that appreciates customers and gives more than 2 hours to get around when busy.

Very unprofessional manner on the phone, not at all helpful. Demanded a guarantor even though I am well above the affordability, then when I didn't have one he basically hung up the phone on me. I have worked in Lettings for many years myself and know that you only need a guarantor if you are do not meet the affordability requirements. Can't imagine what their management service must be like if this is how they are on an initial phone call.

Horrible experience with kings when it comes to renting, first took security deposit from two different groups(which is very illegal), and then wanted both groups to bid on the house while holding on to both groups’ deposits. Then over charged us and it’s been a month and still waiting for them to communicate with the accounts team. Funny how they take seconds to confirm a payment and release the keys but is taking more than a month to “realise” that they have over charged us would not recommend, the team seems to have very poor communications skills. Don’t do business with them, you will have a much happier life trust me. :) Ohh and the best part is their FALSE advertising skills(which is also illegal), they advertise a house as fully furnished but til this day (6 weeks into the tenancy)the house is still not furnished, the curtains and beds and desks are missing for a month and no response from any side, and we are still required to pay the full rent on the house. Ridiculous! Avoid at all cost :) do better things with you life find someone else.
