Review of agent during sales
I used Enfields in the past for a previous sale and they had been really good. This time around they also delivered great service and professionalism. Everyone has been very helpful and our flat sold within 3 weeks. From valuation to visit to after sale team everyone has been really good. Thank you to all and I would definitely recommend. We used the branch in Oxford street Southampton which I believe was also linked to the one in Bitterne Southampton. Regards. Pierre
Very good estate agents
Having viewing numerous properties in SO14 with a number of agents, I found them being very pushy and trying to push mortgages instead of the property, this was until I met Sam at Enfields who actually treated me like a human with normal interaction instead of just a sales pitch. His knowledge of the area was very good and this made me want to view with him and the properties they had which ultimately led to my purchase in West Central. Although the conveyancing took longer than expected, I couldn't fault Enfields as an agent.

Efficient and Easy

I purchased a new build property and the company used two agents in the Southampton area, one of which was Enfields. Even though they weren't allowed to give me much information as they had to deal with the new build company, Sam at Enfields was exceptional on the viewings and constantly working around our shift patterns for viewings and got the property sold for us in no time.
