Me and my boyfriend brought our first property through Enfields and they were excellent to deal with. I was dealing with Sam from the majority of it and he would always respond to me straight away and was efficient. Then Shaun took over and he ensured the solicitors were kept on their toes.

A first rate service

As sellers who live some distance from Southampton we wanted an agent who was supportive and prepared to go the extra mile. Enfields did not disappoint, with grateful thanks to Shaun and Sam, they did not disappoint.

Enfields went the extra mile

I am struggling to find the words to fully express my gratitude to Shaun and the team at Enfields for what they have done for me. Unfortunately I employed probably the worst solicitor in Southampton so Shaun and my buyers solicitor did most of the legal work for me and I never heard from the agent I was buying from during the whole process so Shaun sorted that out as well. I can honestly say that the move would never had happened if it were not for Shaun’s knowledge, experience and sheer hard work and I would not hesitate in recommending Enfields to anyone who wants to sell their property. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

Having brought property before, I’ve dealt with numerous agents throughout the years but I have to sage Enfields were one of the best I’ve dealt with. They know what they’re talking about and that was refreshing. Sam and Shaun were approachable and were so easy to get along with. I hope to have more dealing with them in the future.

Great experience

Enfields were really helpful throughout the purchase of my first home. Communication was great, they always updated me with info from the seller and were really prompt in replying to my emails. Sam dealt with the beginning of the process and Shaun the rest of it until we completed. Both were really easy to talk to, helpful, polite and professional. Shaun was great at dealing with communication between the seller and myself, even through the problems and difficulties that came up with the solicitors. I would use Enfields again from my experience with them.

Speed of sale was excellent

I've purchased an investment property through Enfields and the speed of the transaction and the communication was incredible compared to other agents that I've used in the past. Sam and Shaun were my point of contacts and were both excellent.

Agents to be trusted!

I recently bought a property through Enfields. Both Sam and Shaun were on the case from the beginning - taking the property off the market once the offer was accepted, and keeping an eye pro actively on proceedings. I had a previous a very poor experience with a Southampton agent, who acted unethically - borderline illegally, but felt assured from the start of this purchase that I could trust Enfields to act honestly. They would be my choice of agent if I was selling.
