I have both sold and purchased properties through Enfields and cannot fault there service. They are proactive on both sides keeping you well informed of the progress of your sale along with throwing a few wildcards in for you to view that you may have not given a chance Viewings are always very informative but without breathing down your neck to pressure sell. I wouldnt consider selling with anybody else

I have had poor experience with Southampton estate agents over the last 10 years. High and unexplained costs, poor communication and damage to my refusal to return funds. Enfields have been non of those things. My property has been on the market for a year due to a seller pulling out, but the whole time Enfields have been communicating and helpful. I would recommend them for property services, I have had a good experience so far.

Enfields Estate Agents have successfully helped me to market my flat in Southampton. Sam Binnington a Sales Negotiator with Enfields was assigned to market the property. Sam is an extremely personable individual and provided a highly professional and consciencious service during the marketing process. Sam's communications have been excellent and particularly so in respect of viewings when timings were always made to suit both the prospective buyer and tenants. Sam never failed to follow up with a viewing report. Due to the relatively quiet nature of the housing market the property took longer than anticipated to sell however Sam's enthusiam did not waiver. Sam was also helpful in suggesting different pricing strategies, using to good effect his knowledge of the local housing market. Sam was ably supported by other members of his team when required due to periods of absence. I took comfort from the fact that other members of his team were well briefed during such times. I have been very pleased with the level of service afforded to me by Sam as part of a professional team at Enfields.
