Enfields (Sam and esp.Shaun) were extremely helpful when dealing with unreliable and unresponsive law firm which was dealing with our case during purchase of our flat in Southampton. We believe Shaun actually saved the deal as the seller would lose his patience if Enfields didn't intermediate on all sides. Jack from lettigs department was also very helpful and informative in the after-sale period. We were very happy with Enfields and highly recommend them.

My wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled.. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing.
