Invaluable support from the start from Hannah from M&P estates. She was on the ball and really listened and made the process much easier, held my hand throughout. Really friendly and approachable, would recommend her especially if you are a first time buyer!

I would to thank M&P estate agents they have been amazing. Hannah went above and beyond for us through our sale. It’s wasn’t the easiest sale for us. Hannah was always on the other side of the phone if needed to answer my 100 questions😂. She’s friendly and very professional. I’d also like to mention our progressor Troy was also amazing he was always keeping us updated with the sale and always on the other side of the phone when it was getting all too much. Overall the service we received was 10/10 Thank you guys 🥂

M&P estate is a fantastic estate agent whether you are renting, buying or selling. I was renting with M&P estate for almost 3 years with no issues and repairs were done when needed. However, the landlord decided to sell the property with another agent. I became very anxious, spoke to Hannah, she gave some advice and I embarked on a mortgage journey. Hannah introduced me to the broker and the solicitor and the journey began. It took about 4 month. The support that I received from the whole team is second to none, thank you Troy and Elliott for the massive support and help in moving things along. Paul, thank you for your kindness. Hannah, my family and I are truly grateful for all the updates through calls and messages, for all the chasing on our behalf and for making the process a successful one. Hannah has the going the extra mile attitude which enhances her professionalism and client-centred approach.

After 9 years of renting with M&P estates we have moved. Our only big regret is having to leave Paul and his wonderful team. This was our first time with an estate agent and we got very lucky. They are supportive and very quick to respond to queries. Dave the inspector was very professional, friendly and unintrusive.Thank you Paul for everything!!!
