I would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

Don’t waste your time with these. Asked first a valuation. Was told to send photos etc and they would get back to us . 2 weeks later still waiting ! Rung a different agent today and they are sending someone round to us in person on Tuesday.
