Having initially viewed a house to buy through Damian and been impressed by his regular updates and communication I switched from my existing agent and placed my property with Daman to sell. He did this fairly swiftly. Viewings were well supported and planned with an update on who was viewing and any advice re the market, comparable properties and considerations re price.
