Move Revolution 4 v 0 (Other Appointed Agents)

Move Revolution made themselves known to us once we started construction on site. We had another agent already appointed and so took Move Revolution on a joint agency basis alongside the other agency. It was the best decision we made. We had 2 new build and 2 period conversions, so a variety of styles and types of properties to sell. As the title points out, Move Revolution smashed it! They sold all 4 properties, vastly outperforming the other agents. What's more, we achieved above asking price on 3 of the 4 units during what is probably the most difficult market in which to sell properties in the last 10 years. Sam, Louise and the rest of the team think outside the box, go the extra mile and did a fantastic job and we have been singing their praises and making referrals to them ever since.

We used Move Revolution as vendors and then they were marketing the property we wanted to buy so we've experienced both sides of the great service. All the way along we were impressed with their approach and local knowledge, something that very few agents seem to have. It's no secret that it's a challenging market at the moment and Louise and the team pulled out the stops to find a second buyer when our first pulled out, managing to challenge an incorrect survey and keep the transaction on track with a jittery first-time buyer. They then helped us secure the home of our dreams and again the process was managed well from start to finish. Almost 3 months since moving in we're still absolutely thrilled. Fast sale and purchase

I saw a property for sale with Move Revolution and called up to book a viewing. Louise answered and arranged a viewing for the same day. I viewed the property several times and the team were always happy to accommodate and didn't rush the viewings. I decided to sell my property through Move Revolution and it sold on the first viewing. The buyer pulled out but they had viewings lined up straight away to secure another buyer. Sue Peyton was especially helpful when i came to liaising with solicitors and making sure the sale and purchase went ahead. It was a stressful time but Sue was great and I would not hesitate in recommending Move Revolution for the sale or letting of your property.
