They are simply liars and cannot be trusted, having had them over to value my mothers home it must be said they lie and cannot stick to ANY promise they make. They are bullies, promise the world and lack the capacity to do the most simplest of tasks, they have wasted our families time and made us loose a home we truly love. STAY CLEAR!!!!! Homecastle are a millions times better.

they put 6 people ( 2 adults and 4 children ) into a small 2 bedroom home. The tenants were dirty and disrespectful and caused a lot of mess and damage. The inventory was taken 9 days after the tenants moved in. I had to pay 9 days of their gas and electric ( middle of winter ) The deposit was only £500 and it wouldn't even cover half of the damages.

Would not recommend. Never answer or get back to you. Don't keep you informed. Don't turn up to show people around and get you to do it. Not worth the high % they charge.

Been calling for days to view a property. Continually told they will pass it on to the relevant team and they will call me back. I've made 6 calls over the past week with no one calling me back so unable to even view a property so pointless estate agents.
