I recently rented through Martin and Co and I must say the experience was great. Rugile and Freya, the agents I dealt with were very friendly and responsive to emails or calls and moving in was a breeze. Everything was set up from utilities to Internet accounts before I moved in which made the transition easier for me as its my first time living on my own. I previously had a nightmare experience with a Lettings agent, but I can honestly say the Martin & Co team at Croydon have absolutely changed my prospective.
