I have found a property to rent through Martin&Co (South Croydon branch). Once I have decided to let the property, the process was amazingly smooth, my e-mails were always answered promptly and all my doubts clarified ASAP. The staff is very professional, kind, reassuring and well mannered. When it comes to properties, the experience starts from the agency, and this experience was 100% positive.
