I really appreciate to Freya Cattermole and Rugile Norbutaite. Rugile explained me very well when I was viewing the flat. I was very satisfied the flat she showed me and decided to get a contract with her company. Afterwards, I've asked them loads things but they were always kind and responded very quick which was very thanksful. Freya controlled the contract between the landlord and me, she let me know what I have to do for the next step. As I am South Korean that I didn't know what I have to do but she explained me very well step by step. She responded answer super quickly like a rocket! And I asked loads questions but whatever I asked her, she always responded nicely. I really appreciate for these two great staffs.
