We selected Move Revolution above other estate agents mainly due to Lydia White's enthusiasm and drive and having incredible self-belief that she was going to be able to find a Buyer quickly. That initial comfort my wife and I had when we first met Lydia was then confirmed and realised when the photographer and others (Sky & Harvey - all similarly helpful & enthusiastic) came round a few days after they were appointed, for our house to then be put on the market with a superb set of photos and descriptions. Viewings were accommodated with ease and we were particularly impressed with Lydia's immediate feedback after each viewing. After a sale price was agreed, Lydia then facilitated a request for the Buyer and their family to visit our family at our house so the Buyer's young children could have another look round and feel part of the selection process. During the dreaded conveyancing process (that unfortunately took 21 weeks from agreeing a price to exchanging contracts - more to do with Solicitors and the below chain - sadly I'm told this 21 weeks is the national average) Danielle Glanville worked tirelessly in chasing and expediting our Solicitor and the Buyers Solicitor regularly keeping us informed of any developments. It's easy to get downbeat and feel despair at times like this, and Danielle with her cheerful emails and energetic phone calls made us appreciate that we just had to keep persevering. To get the phone call last week to say the exchange of contracts was probably the easiest phone call Danielle had to make. Superb all round performance to the whole Move Revolution team.
