Our experience of Xact was excellent from the start. The Branch Manager was professional and responsive with everything from initial quote to photos and listing happening as described. They came with ideas about how and where to best market our home and their more creative approach stood them apart from their competitors. Our experience only got even better with the support of our dedicated Estate Agent, Lauren. Lauren is professional and incredible at communicating. She was dedicated to helping the sale and supporting the chain throughout the whole process. She kept everyone informed; chased information and feedback to keep everyone on track to their desired dates. She has great relationships with other local stakeholders and so went above and beyond to keep everyone on track. We cannot thank her or recommend her enough.
