I rented a lovely property from Northwood and I must say that I received an excellent service, all the staff are friendly welcoming.

I stayed in a flat for one year where Northwood were the managing agents and I must say that they made our stay as easy as possible. Whenever we had any trouble with anything, you report it on their fault reporting page and then they get in contact with the landlord to get the issue resolved ASAP. I want to thank the whole team in Northwood -Solihull and if we have properties in the area that we want managed, we would love to approach you for your services.

I have used Northwoods several times over the last 15 years to rent my flat out. They are very efficient and helpful and no task too small. Marie, Geraldine and Brian have been so accommodating with instructing oven cleaners, plumbers and EPC's on my behalf. I would highly recommend Northwoods.
