We have just finished a yearly tenancy with martin and co and throughout the whole process they were great to deal with and good communication for the term.

My family and I have rented a property where Martin & Co were the letting agents. Okay enough service during the process. Had an issue where incorrect information was given to a company - Notify.co.uk - regarding us moving out of the property very quickly after our Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement started! The landlord could quite easily have misconstrued the situation. Managed to get it sorted but there needs to be more care with regards to third-party handling of information and ensuring that correct details are transmitted.

This branch has closed and the new one is on Hobs Moat Road.

My experience of this company was they treated me with disrespect every time I tried to speak to them and repeatedly hung up on me when trying to speak to them . They are useless
