Ella was very helpful and professional with a recent boiler issue I had. As a tenant, I have dealt with her numerous times and I believe she is a great property manager. The rest of the team are professional and friendly too. Lisa is very good with property inspections and always provides great advice.

I have had such a great experience with Adam Walley at Martin & Co that I had to write a review. We were renting a property and Adam has been exemplary in managing our exit. He gave me excellent advice on how to get the property cleaned, he was really caring and kind in his attitude. And he also went above and beyond to find out what had happened to a deficit in our deposit with DPS and helped us resolve the issue. At the viewing, she answered every question ,which was unlike agents from other companies who stood by the door and adopted a diy attitude. She was friendly and well briefed. Following the visit,when I expressed an interest in renting,she emailed details to me within an hour and maintained a monitoring brief while I negotiated the Homelet process.. She kept in contact with me with 'next steps' and key handover. I had a problem with the communal door key and she drove to the property with another one. She made the process easy for me.
