An excellent experience and a step in the right direction regarding house moves that the sector needs to move towards. The virtual viewing of the house was done well and the communication between myself and agent through Whatsapp meant it was quick and easy to discuss key points. The digital platform for the inventory checks was a great improvement on the normal way of writing streams of notes. It allowed me to take quick images on my phone and upload.
