After a pretty stressful experience and the house falling through 3 times I decided to change estate agents and give Alek and Ewe move a go … I’m so pleased I did , I was given honest advice all the way through from small things that I could change ( I’ve never seen an estate agent roll there sleeves up and cut down shrubs to improve the look ) to how to market the house and be honest about previous small structural work . Every person who viewed the house was personally told about the work . The whole process was smooth with multiple viewing on one day and an offer on the same day . Alek is very hands throughout the conveyancing process and liases with all solicitors constantly . He made me feel confident in the process . My buyers were not English and I know Alek and his wife Gayle helped them immensely with the process . I’m so grateful I as Alek said ‘gave them a shot ‘. They are worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone .

Ewe move sold my house within 3 days I was with another estate agent for about 6 months.
