Andrew Grant were fantastic. All their staff were on the ball , helpful and they did a thoroughly professional job. When they said they would do something they did it . Their communication with me as a client was exemplary and they communicated with each other which was equally important. I would highly recommend them . They had the right contacts, used them and got me a sale at at higher price than I was expecting and with a speed that was unheard of as far as I was concerned and I'm a solicitor !. I would certainly use them again .

With the rise of online estate agency services we feel that our experience just shows why having a real live estate agency is worth every penny. From pitching our property at the optimum price, vetting prospective viewings, handling the viewings and then negotiating through the ,minefield of the conveyancy process. We found we had better feedback from our estate agents than our solicitors, and appreciated the way they liased with other people in the chain to keep us informed. Also appreciated the reassurance needed at the right time when a wobble looked likely. Yes, you can do it on the cheap, but as they say, you get what you pay for!

There is a spectrum of quality and Andrew Grant is at the top end. At the top of that brand is Solihull branch. Managed by Phil Gould whose local knowledge was outstanding we were convinced he was real and could achieve a fair and realistic market price.. His team went on to prove our instincts were bang on. Kept informed at every stage his staff went on with dogged determination to conduct numerous viewings remaining resolute throughout to achieve the best and fairest price for us.. We cannot fault them, advice, service and excellent communication throughout. For us they weren't the cheapest but they emphasised the caveat that you get what you pay for. Well done to Phil, Matthew ands Angela and the backroom staff that went on to support them to completion.
