Things were quite slow to begin with but when I contacted via live chat they were very friendly and reassuring and since have increased their reply speed to emails. I think they're just currently very busy and doing their best.

We had a really good experience with B&K. (we bought from them). They were very responsive, quick and effective in getting the deal done initially (Mark) and then when the sale started to drag along (because of an extended chain), Kate got involved and drove the whole thing to the finish line. It was a bit of a rollercoaster but we were delighted when it all came together. Would definitely use them again...
