It's a good experience with the Frost partnership, the properties listed under the Frost partnership are very classy and well-maintained. The management and the structure are well organized and the respective property managers will be proactive in fulfilling their responsibilities as well as reminding tenants of responsibilities to fulfill to avoid any penalties. I appreciate my property manager Ms. Pooja Shah, who was prompt in responding to any queries related to maintenance, onboarding, and off-boarding process and helpful. Suggestions to tenants, go through the tenancy agreement thoroughly and follow them as it is. Else there is a good chance for a deduction from your deposit.

Pooja has been absolutely helpful with finding a property for us on two occasions. She is really helpful and deals with our queries straight away. Unfortunately our landlord needs their property back but I will be using Pooja from FROST again to find a new property as her service is excellent.
