When I use email to contact Homeppl to check my status, they suggested me to try their instance chat room. WOW! Within several minutes I got my answer! They works really fast and having excellent comunication with their client. A good demonstration of what a company must do! HKer comment.

We would like to take some time and thank Jeevan who helped and guided us all throughout our journey to rent our first home in the UK. He was very calm and answered all our questions and considering we are a first time customer in a new country. He also suggested us which areas to avoid. We would also like to take some time to thank Pooja who was very helpful. Being a difficult option to move our checkin date suitable enough to save us a few days of Airbnb, she was actually able to make it happen and save us some money. Really thankful to her for really accommodating a difficult customer like us. Frost has two gems working for them. We had a rather simple experience of renting our first home in a new country.

The Frost Partnership (Slough Branch) are probably the most professional Agents I have dealt with from the initial contact with Pooja and the exceptional service provided by Lee Henry. Lee kept us informed throughout the Purchasing process until completion and not to mention the daily and weekly updates from Alison who was liaising with the chain. They kept me sane right up to completion, I think that all Agents need a Lee & Alison.
