Very bad experience with them. We did rent a house through them in Slough. They are very unprofessional as estate agents. They are unhelpful if any queries are posted to them. Very rude in dealings with tenants.

Hi, just want to say everything the last 2 reviews said is true. I witness myself. This guy even been verbally abusing me, I'm little deaf and don't care. But no one has a right to treat anyone, any human like this, especially disabled. Sad experience, if this was council tenants, they would have got evicted ages ago for serious anti social behavior, but these private tenants are bullies and martin co not help at all..Whats funny is martin co ignore us and we notice they have more people there than they say at property, so small world, what goes around comes around. The estate agent ignore us and the tenants ignore the estate agent.. lol..

Be aware: This company really dodgy, twice i rung them for properties to let which were just added to rightmove by them. as i called i was told the tenant has just decided to stay, twice same response for 2 different properties, they actually don't have any thing to let, they lie and use fake properties as bait to get u to call and waste ur time registering with them, stay away, they are fraud

They are ridiculous in charging the money at the end of the tenancy. They want to get all the deposit. For a single bed room apartment they are charging me 1050. Whereas, my friend in Maidenhead paid just £400 for a duplex 3 bedroom house for cleaning and painting and everything included. It is not that I left the apartment in a dirty condition. We got it cleaned professionally. But still these people want to charge £1050. Not recommended.

ONE OF THE WORST ESTATE AGENTS. NEVER EVER GO WITH THEM. JUST BOGUS. WILL KEPT YOUR MONEY AND WILL NEVER RETURN YOU. ABSOLUTELY FRAUD.
